Turning off Blue LED Switch lights in UI7

I know how to turn the blue LED off in the old UI, but not sure what to fill in for New Service?

New Service = ??
New Variable = 3
New Value = 1

That is not the correct place to enter device specific parameters. Someone who is running UI7 will have to shed some light where the new location is.
