turning light on/off automatically

Hi MCV!

I am new to the whole automated system, and have installed a home system using ivera 2 with ui5. I have tried to setup my outside lights to turn on at 8.30pm and then turn off 1 hour later. However I cant seem to be able to make this work. any assistance would be greatfully welcomed.

Have you tried the documentation? This link describes creating a scene.

Thanks for the quick replies! much appreciated.

I will try using all the “how to’s” later tonight. Am I right in thinking I can turn on a single light then say 1 hour later turn it off without having to link in another light or controller?

Yes, you use Manage Delays to add additional times in which another action will occur after the original trigger has occurred.
