Turn on Hue bulb red shade, when washing done.

Hi, I have a Vera plus (just got it, will be setting it up), replacing my Edge. I have a Aeotec Smart Switch 6 which I have connected to our washing machine in the garage.
Is it possible to configure a action to turn on one of my Hue bulbs in a red shade once the smart switch detects the washing machine has turned off?
I know there is a residual power use when the machine i on standby, and the power use fluctuates during the washing cycle.
