trying to upgrade from vera 2 to veralite

I upgraded on vera 2 to the latest UI4 version and then to UI5, created the backup and loaded it to the veralite: except for the camera and the scenes none of my devices (fibaro shutter controllers and Horstman Thermostat) showed up. to set everything up from scratch, do I need to reinstall vera 2 and unlink the devices first?

When doing the restore, make sure you select the restore zwave dongle check box.

Aaah! The box looked like it had a check mark in it, but it was not really checked. But the results were the same. No devices but the camera.
