Trying to set up a Sunluxy IP Camera with my Vera 3

Hey guys,
I am trying to set up a Sunluxy IP camera to work with my Vera3 and I can’t get them to connect. I tried adding the IP camera by following the instructions, but I can’t capture a jpg using any of the options so I’m not sure what else to try. I also tried manually creating the camera with these instructions:

But I had no luck with that either. Can anyone help?

thanks - i was able to get it working at a minimum but the pan/tilt and zoom features don’t work and i can’t seem to actually capture any video or stills, which kind of defeats the purpose. i just want to get a pic of anyone coming through the door when my motion sensor is armed (meaning I am not home).
