Trying to create notification when appliance is on and off

Hey

I have an Aeotec double switch which I’ve connected to my washing machine and dryer. It seems to be working fine as it’s reporting energy usage. I’ve created scenes where I have it turning on a virtual switch when the power goes above 10 watt and then turning off that same switch when it drops below 5 watt. Unfortunately these scenes have never run even though I’ve used these appliances.

I bought the Aeotec switch a long time ago so I don’t have instructions anymore. Do I need to configure it so it will work? Is there something else I need to do to get this to work?

It should be working unless a component from your scene is failing. I also suggest logging a ticket with our Customer Care team so they can have a look at this.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve just checked the scenes again and they still haven’t activated, so I guess my next step is to raise a ticket with your Customer Care.
