Trying to back up w/UI7

I just upgraded to UI7 this morning. Initially I like it. With all of the problems others have had, I wanted to make a backup where I am at now. Everytime I click on backup, it takes me to the login screen. I login and try it again. Same thing.

If I click on user account settings it takes me to the login screen as well. Is there something I am doing wrong or missed a step in my upgrade?

Using UI7, you need to log in using this link through their servers.

Sounds like you don’t have remote access after the update.

Have you tried to use your login off the local network? Try the webpage login from a phone while on cell not on wifi.

I didn’t realize I had to create a new account. This morning I called support and found out their servers are down. They are working on it and should be up soon.
