Its been a long time since I put a ticket in. Does someone normally get back to you when a problem is fixed?
I put in ticket 28176 on the 26th with 2 problems.
- Remote web access not working (that had been failing for weeks), next day it started working, I assume they
did something. - When clicking on firmware in advanced tab on ui4 i still get an error stating “Invalid Platform”
Trying to figure out if I need to be more patient on the ticket and its still being worked or what?
Is there anywhere to check on status of ticket?
