Trane thermostat schedules

When I bought my thermostat I went into maint and enabled the built in scheduler. Now I want to use Vera to control the schedules but I can’t select the thermostat when trying to build a scene.

Am I missing something? I remember playing around with this feature in UI4 but UI5 doesn’t seem to allow it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Access the installer settings by pressing the two inner buttons and set the schedule to N

You will then be able to control your thermostat from Vera by creating a scene with timers

turns out it was my ipad causing the problem. I booted up my laptop and am able to setup the schedules via my pc.

I didn’t have to disable the schedules on the thermostat if you were curious

Correct; on the Trane, the internal schedule can be used together with control through Z-Wave.
