Trane Thermostat Scene Updates Not Applying

I had setup scenes when I first got my Vera and Trane thermostat and it worked perfect. But having a problem updating one scene. For example my evening scene is 75 degrees. However, I updated this scene 74 after a few days and though the scene is remembered in mios, about 30 seconds after applying it goes back to 75. It is like the 74 was never stored properly.

Anyone encountered this? Thanks.

I unchecked my scene commands for the thermostat which deletes them, saved, waited for it to finish, then recreated the commands (same scene) and saved again, and its back to normal.
