Trane Thermostat - "Cool Setpoint is Reached" event

I don’t know why, but I picked today to analyze the behaviour of all my event notifications…

I currently have an event for my Trane Thermostat set for the “Cool Setpoint is Reached”. I’m not getting notifications, even though I know it is happening on a regular basis (I just want to know when the A/C kicks on in my weekend house). My other event notifications are working, so I know there’s no issue with SMS or my contact information. What confuses me is that this particular event type includes a field labeled “Temperature.” Right now, I just have a 0 there, as I assumed this event was actually reading the current cool setpoint from thermostat itself and using that to determine if the event should fire a notification. Am I supposed to actually put a specific temperature in that field, even though I have a cool setpoint set on the thermostat itself?

Wondering if this dilemma was ever resolved? Could one of the ui4 beta testers see if this events works. I created a scene that turned on my living room lights for 5 minutes when the cool setpoint was reached to test. Doesn’t work in ui3.
