Too many notifications

Hello ,

Got a small issue with PLEG and vera alerts.

For my gate I use PLEG.
With a virtual switch it opens and after 90 seconds it closed.
Than the gate is checked if it is really closed , if not try again, and do that again.

I have several notifications for this , one of them is “Gate is open”.
The “Gate is open” notification comes after the 3 seconds delay (which is correct) , but again after about 30 seconds. Why does this notification come twice?

The 3 seconds delay is for when the wind blows the gate open, than I don’t want a notification.

Your logic is non trivial how about telling us what condition is causing the alerts so we can focus on that without having to understand all of your logic.
