I’ve bought 2 TKB Home TZ69E Switches and have included them on by one into my network, however I am getting the error “Failed at : getting the version” for both of them
I can communicate with them and make them turn on and off - but get the red light on the dashboard and aforementioned error. ALso in my homewave app, I get a red error light too - which usually turns green to confirm that the device has turned off / on as expected.
Could anyone help? I am wondering if it is because these are /z wave plus’ and I am running a Vera Lite with UI 5 - 1.5.622
If you intend to stay on UI5, then you will have to request this firmware version (1.5.672 BETA), for you to be able to use Z-wave Plus devices on your UI5 unit. And even with this firmware only basic devices should work.
For full compatibility you may want to upgrade to UI7 firmware.

Hello I have just upgraded from veralite UI5 to vera plus UI7 and apart from my Fibaro Smoke sensors not reporting the temperature anymore ;-( several of my TKB Dimmer sockets TZ67E are constantly saying please wait getting name which is really annoying, although they are dimming ok, is there a fix for this please
