TKB Dimmer not switching off.

I have a TKB plugin dimmer for my bedside lights. 2 x 40w normal bulbs.

Vera is programmed to go to 50% around bed time, i might dim it to about 35% manually to actually go to sleep. Vera then has a sleep timer to send an off command to the dimmer after 30 mins.
The dimmer never actually switch off though. Vera reports 0% an it polls as such, but the light is still on the previous set point.

If i manually try to go off again, the output doesn’t change. i can take it to 1% and the state changes, but never off.

Does this sound like a failed device?

i am not familiar with this specific TKB device, but all the devices I purchased from them worked perfect. All my problems were mine, although I thought their at the beginning…:slight_smile:
How do you feel the difference between 1% and 0?
You know you may always ask them a question - I did this several times and they are VERY responsive.
