Time zone for Santiago - Chile - South America (UTC-4)

Hello All,

Very good andfun product. Just starting playing with it.

Please add Time zone for Santiago - Chile - South America (UTC-4). Its not available on the GUI menu.
Is there a way to modify the firmware to add this by hand?

I use any other timezone that has the same hour, for example Asuncion Paraguay.

It is weird that there ar such small cities and there isnt Santiago from Chile.
