Thermostats keep getting disconnected from Vera 3

I have a Honeywell YTH8320ZW1007/U Z-Wave Enabled Programmable Thermostat and a Radio Thermostat CT30 Z-WAVE Thermostat configured with my Vera 3 but they keep getting disconnected from the Vera 3. When i do a restore from a backup that was created when all were working, they work for a while, then stop again. They are both within 15 feet of the controller. ??? ???
here is an example of the log:

This is extremely frustrating. Please help. :‘( :’( :‘( :’(

Hey TheVJ, I have the same problem with two Honeywell z-wave thermostats. Has anyone helped you resolve this issue?

Are the thermostats battery powered? If they are not, I recommend doing a heal just on those devices.

Also, look at the variable in each device called “AutoRoute”. If you see X’s in the string of numbers or all of them that means they didn’t communicate and perhaps the routing table needs updating with the heal.

I have a lock that behaves poorly sometimes and I tried ManualRoute. I still seem to have limited success with that.
