Hi All,
I have a project with 3 VERAs EDGEs and about 5 thermostats connected to each one. I finished the project around 2 years ago.
I did a firmware upgrade on all 3 VERAs separately and it was successful, but it completely messed up the setpoint readings on all the veras for all the thermostats.
I have tried everything, configuring the device, polling, restarting the lump engine. Removing the zwave devices and adding them again. Nothing. I even raised a support case to VERA and their response was very disappointing stating that this is a firmware issue and we don’t know when we will fix it.
Has anyone faced this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?
