TECH SUPPORT- SYSTEM NOT WORKING- UPDATE, MORE PROBLEMS

UPDATE:

Somehow I was able to get the all lights to STAY ON and had my internet connection to Verde Lite. I went ahead and tried to add a lamp module to the system all the lights went back out on the unit. I have rebooted everything but now I can not get ANY lights on the system to go on. PLEASE HELP as I am just about ready to return this unit as it is more of a pain that it seems to be worth!!!

I was on the phone for over an hour with TECH SUPPORT and got nowhere. I was trying to add a light switch to my VEDE LITE and it would not accept it. After numerous tried I finally got it to ADD but when I plugged the VERDE LITE back into the internet I could not get an internet connection. I have powered off everything, including my modem and router and I still get a FLASHING green light and can not connect the VERDE LITE to my internet. When I try to go into www.micasacerde.com/setup there is no page that can be found. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Can someone PLEASE walk we through all steps so that I can connect back to the internet with the system and ADD a light switch. Thanks

You are talking about mulitple issues here… Is this a new Vera Lite? If so you should set it up using the correct url as mentioned… Also the flashing green can mean it is not getting an IP address from your router… You can connect a laptop/PC directly to the Vera (192.168.81.1) and give it an IP address (static). You can also see if your router is giving IP addresses by directly hooking you laptop to the router and verify it is giving addresses. Once the unit is setup correctly then we can go to adding in devices.
