Anyone know if tech support is on vacation? I sent in a support request because my entire system is showing “can not configure node” for each switch on Monday and have not heard back from them yet.

Hi. I’m sorry it took us more than usual to reply to your ticket. I already e-mailed you letting you know that your unit is working now.
Interesting. I had exactly the same problem on Monday and I had excellent support from Tech Support to get it fixed.
Sorry for the late feedback.
After not hearing back from Tech Support I sent in another ticket just after I posted this message. Within 15 minutes I did have an email reply back apologizing for the delay, it seems my original ticket got lost in the system somehow.
Anyways everything is working perfectly now.
