Tech support full access disabled - no way to enable it - help

I needed support to look at a ticket for my TTS SONOS not working.

but NOW,

When I click on Remote access [Enable It] , I have a popup saying - operation successful but the status stay as : Tech support full access disabled

FYI I still run a version 1.5

Same thing happened to me about 6 months ago. I backed up the zwave and saved a backup. Next I factory reset my Vera3. Then I restored from backup and all work good again. Perhaps someone could offer a better way.
