System taking over a minute to execute a command

OK, this started after my upgrade to the latest firmware on my Edge. I contacted Vera tech support they di a downgrade through remote. Their explanation was it was due to the Harmony plugin here is the response"Thank you for contacting Vera Support.
I?ve accessed the unit and downgraded the firmware to the previous version but there seems to be an issue with the Harmony plugin that causes the engine to reload.
The error message is the following: ?Harmony Control : CMD: Failed sending command get_config to Harmony Hub ? errorcode=503, errormessage=Unknown Harmony response?
I can try to restore a backup on the controller if you provide me a date when it was working correctly.
I look forward to your response.
Regards, "
I removed the Harmony plugin and no help reinstalled it still no help. I purchased a new Vera Plus and did a fresh install un-pairing each and every device from the Edge then installing to the Plus. All seemed good in the start and then “BAM” same issue. I will give it a command and 1 to 1 1/2 minutes is will finally execute and all commands seem to work fine for about 15 minutes. I have a tech support ticket in but have had no response (this is for my plus with fresh install). so after days of screwing with both the vera and plus I still do not have a functioning system. I have had no issues other than very minor ones I caused in the passed. I am also getting a few error codes, I do not really understand the code but here is some of the errors I am seeing

Also one quick question, what do the colors of the line in the luaupnp mean? I see white, yellow, red, and some purple text towards the end of a line! PLEASE ANY HELP is greatly appreciated. My system is all but useless at this point and I have a very irritated wife!

Hi, sorry about the wife, indeed a big problem. Colors in the Log files:
White - okay
Yellow - “Informative” warning, in general nothing to worry about
Red - Something went wrong, often this can be explained by own build logic (I use the Ping sensor plugin which will result in a red line if the pinged device is off-line). These messages need to be checked but often can be explained so are not always an issue.
Purple - shows variables from a device like energy consumption Watts.

About your issue I can only guess but I wonder which firmware you run on the VeraPlus. The latest versions (1.7.3453) caused serious issues and I do not know if that has been fixed. I run 1.7.3232 which works fine for me. There is a new beta but if I where you I would start with an older version (basically this is what support told you).

I have 1.7.3232 running on both of my Veras Edge and Plus. They both are acting up. Again this all started when I updated the Edge to 1.7.3231 and only got worse when updated to 1.7.3232. I did a search on google for lower firmware with no luck. I have over 20 hours into the fresh install on the Plus and still the same behavior. what my plan was, was to upgrade thinking that the Edge was not powerful enough to handle my system. I thought moving to the Plus would fix this and I would add the Edge as a secondary controller to the same network and run all the plugins and scenes on the Edge, but I can’t get the system to run correctly on this firmware. SO FRUSTRATING no issues until I upgraded the firmware on DEC 18th.
