Sorry that it seems laughable, but the files I unzipped don’t have original dates on them, only the date of my download.
When I first read the question, I actually thought it was Friday-the-13th prank 
If you download the ZIP from Box.net (per the link in the Wiki) the Original (Nov-7th) datestamps are on the files. It’s likely that your unzipping tool writes “the current date” on them as it extracts them from the original ZIP bundle. I just tried this (on a Window box) and it’s showing the original datestamps.

A question if I may: I tried to use the temperature variable to control a scene in vera, where as a test, a light would go on if a certain current temperature was reached, but it didn’t work.
Any suggestions?
Also, the humidity is correct when I expand the device info, but doesn’t show on the dashboard. From what I’ve read, this is a problem of the vera UI?
I haven’t used it in any scene definitions, so may not be the best person to get that part working. I’m sure someone else here will chime in on the Scene-usage component. You might want to post the script that you used, or a screen-shot (etc) so that others can see if there’s something amiss.
I’d also recommend opening a new thread, or attaching it to the existing Weather Plugin Thread, as this will likely get you more attention (you’re currently burried in a topic that probably wont garner attention)
The non-Display of Humidity is an issue with Vera’s UI. It looks like they dont implement a UI component so it never displays there. You should be able to scene/script based upon the value, but just without the rendition. I’ve updated the Wiki with this limitation.
