Support Ticket Comment

I know before that when you sent in a support ticket you got no confirmation via email or any way of tracking the ticket. I just wanted to say thank you for at least adding the email copy when a ticket is submitted, hopefully the ticket process is a little easier to follow as it goes.

I would still like to see a way of tracking the actual ticket, and maybe be able to see your old tickets in FindVera.com or somewhere… just a thought.
