Support for Earth Hour

Wouldn’t it be nice if Vera had built-in support for Earth Hour? You could simply opt-in and Vera would automatically switch off your lights. No scenes/scripts to muddle with and an easy way to participate.

To take the idea a little further, it could optionally report an anonymous aggregate of total savings for all Vera users.
