I have read some comments on the Tagreader of Benext, but cannot find if the support for the device is finally working with the verabox?
Has anyone a support ticket with some status report?
What are the exact issues?

The tag reader doesn’t (yet) work with Vera. Not sure where the process fails exactly, but I’m unable to add a new PIN or tag. I logged a ticket with MCV support and they’ve pulled logs off my system a month ago but I haven’t heard from them since. They’ve been very quiet on the firmware upgrade and device support front lately…
Sometimes it works, sometimes it starts blinking and generate a lot of errors in the logs… Unable to manage tags and works only with one user. Try to create a second user, doesn’t work and unable to delete it! At this time is not reliable to launch a “security” scene, like I’m away, set the alam on or something…
