Sunset/Sunrise Offset

Very new to Vera Lite and Z-Wave, but for a really old man (70+) I’m having a great time learning.

That said, can someone guide me in scripting a sequence for Light ON 30 minutes after sunset and OFF 30 minutes before sunrise? Where does one load the statement in PLEG? Does it go in Input, Condition, Action or somewhere else?

Drilled down a little bit further in PLEG and got my own answer.
