Stupid question, but do you have to set a mode for scheduled scenes

I added a few scenes and none of them worked on the schedule. I could manually kick them off with no issue, but the schedule did not work. I then went in and added all “modes” (day, night, away, etc) and they worked. Are you required to select a mode for a scheduled scene? If so, is this new? I don’t remember having to do this previously, of course I haven’t created a scheduled scene in a while.

I too had a lot of problems with “Modes”, it is a function that creates an absurd loop of commands and does not provide a practical daily service, I suggest not to enable it absolutely!
I think you should concentrate on others, fortunately the scheduled scenes work without My Modes activated.

For a newly created scene with latest firmware in UI7, creating the scene defaults that Scene runs “When in any Mode” and that all modes are checked/selected.
