Stuck on advanced menus

Hi,
Been using Vera 3 for almost one year, but now when go into the advanced menu on devices with advanced menus, Im just stuck.

OWserver device has a interactive menu where I can add devices, but I never get this menu to appear, its just stuck on the “opening showdevices”. Same with the interactive menu on Dataminer (show config menu not working, as I can not set parameters ) and the Powermax(event logs will not appear) plugin.

All of these menus are generally not working, and I can not figure out what is wrong. Have been searching the forum, but hard to find out what I am supposed to search for.

Could it be a Java or javascript issue?

Im using a Mac with mountain lion.

Please anyone?

Some things to try:

Clear your browser’s cache.

Look through the JavaScript Console and see if there is an error message that coincides with the attempt to open these tabs.

Try a different browser. You haven’t said what browser you are using—my money is on Safari—so try Firefox or Chrome.

Failing that, it might be that one of the Vera files has become corrupted. Raise a support request with MCV and they can inspect your Vera directly.

Any idea already what the problem is? I’m having the same problem all of a sudden… Tried different browsers, different PCs - all the same result. So it looks to be something with Vera. Already tried to restore a backup before the problem existed - but that didn’t help. Also re-flashed the FW, but also no success. Pulling my hair out on this one…
