I had a power outage, now my vera is stuck in “busy updating data”. I I have power cycled the unit twice with no luck. please help.
I have had the same problem. I have power cycled the Vera plus. No difference! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.
Factory reset and restore from back up would be your best bet.
Has there been any other resolution for this ? I am traveling abroad and lost control of my controller after a power outage😩. Several resets did not help…

Legacy controller serial number  is being offline since 2022-10-16 09:18:09, please note that Vera3 and Vera Lite units have become deprecated from the market and technical support through our official channels (phone line and email) has ended since January 01st, 2020, however, you may attempt to troubleshoot the issue by following the steps sent by DM.
