Streaming Video Camera Failed in iPhone and Android App

Hi All,

So I got an Edimax IP camera, product spec is at:

Setup gone well via browser in Windows, can see camera stream in browser.
But I can’t get the stream to be visible in either iPhone or Android app. Even in VeraMate the stream does not show.
I also have the VistaCam 700 and I can see this camera’s stream.

Can anyone assist?
