Strange behavior from garage door sensor

I have a Vision Wireless Garage Door Detector that behaves strangely in UI7.

When the garage door closes (sensor not tilted) the sensor reports closed for about 6 sec. before it shows up in Vera as open. If I open the garage door (tilt the sensor) nothing happens. If I immediately closes the door nothing happens. If I wait with the door open for more than 6 sec. and closes the door the sensor reports closed for 6 sec. again.

I am pretty sure it did not behave like this in UI5. Anyone know how to fix this?

I’m having similar behaviour, having had to do a factory reset of my Vera Lite - although it did work before I think, on UI7.

The other problem I seem to be having is that the behaviour is reversed - ie when the sensor is horizontal, it is “off” and vertical (ie door closed) it is on

I have just paired this sensor with my Vera and I also have the problem that the states are reversed.
