Startup message "Luup : Downloading plugin #2158"?

Sorry if this is in the wrong subforum.

My Vera has started saying that it is downloading plugin #2158 every time I refresh or reboot.

http://apps.mios.com/ doesn’t seem to work right now, but cached pages from Google says it is the “Wintop zCam IP Camera” plugin? Why is Vera trying to download this?

It found a new camera on your lan and is trying to download some software for it.

Thanks! I do not know why it deos this? Is the “Wintop zCam IP Camera” some kind of Micasaverde default app for IP cameras?

I want to use the Foscam plugin. It seem the automatic downloading can be stopped by going to Setup->Net & Wi-fi->Uncheck “Auto detect devices on my home network”.
