Start a program or script on a server with a Scene

Hi
I have a PC server (with Windows home server 2011).
I would like a scene to start a . bat file (or a .exe) on my computer : is it possible to notify such thing inside a scene?

(my goal: when I leave home, activate a scene via a keyboard (or RFID) in order to start my IP camera software to record movies)

In the LUUP tab of the scene, add code that issues an http call to your server with any necessary parameters.

Search the forum as there should be instructions from others who have done this. Also look into eventghost.
