SqueezeBox Help!!!

Have similar problems to others.

I’m using a Vera 3 and have installed the Squeezebox Plugin and added my squeezebox servers ip address 192.168.1.66 and change the port from 9090 to 9000 which is my servers port.

No Joy

As per this thread i downloaded the revised D_SqueezeBoxControl1.xml file and uploaded to successfully to my Vera 3

and Still No Joy.

Any ideas???

Seem to remember having similar problems with Vera 2 but got it working in the end

Are you using the version from svn? If so, the new versions of everything or just the device file?

Its all a bit strange!!! I originally tried both methods, plugin and updated file and then all the files you recommended but nothing worked. Tried again this morning and managed to get everything working by using 9090 port even though my servers port is showing as 9000.

All happy now and thanks for your input

Port 9000 is the web interface and the interface to use the api that requires sending commands via json format. Port 9090 is the telnet interface which this plugin uses to send commands and retrieve data. So port 9090 is the port that is needed.
