Sourcing Yale locks in the UK

Having perused the various posts on here, and seen some other reviews, I’d like to put a Yale z wave lock on my new door.
The only place I can find in the UK that has them is www.langtoninfo.co.uk at the ludicrous price of £348 for the push button version.
Does anyone have an alternate cheaper supplier?
Thanks,
John.

Hi John,

Have you seen our range of digital door locks on our Digital site?

We offer a Keyfree digital lock for PVC and composite doors, which includes a high security multipoint lock and professional installation for £495.

Also, coming very soon we have the Yale Keyless Digital Lock, which is for use on timber doors with a nightlatch, and can be fitted as a DIY product. This will retail for around £120 and will be available from our Digital site within the next couple of weeks.

You can navigate to our Digital site from the homepage of our UK website.

Hope this helps

Is either option Z-Wave enabled?

Hello there Yale UK,

I think you’ve kind of missed the point - the forum is for z wave home automation products, and you have a product set that includes this technology - it’s a great product too, but the only place I can source it is twice as expensive as your rival Kwikset’s product.

The fact that you’re recommending lesser products presumably means that you don’t distribute your z wave equipped locks in the UK - if so, I’d be interested to know why. It’s so frustrating for us Brits to see all the great products you can get in the US of A and then find that they’re not available to us.

Also, so frustrating that z-wave uses different frequencies in Euro and the US :frowning:

Indeed so capjay - I’m actually checking with the one supplier I’ve found for this product if it is actually a US product imported, as that will be the final nail in the coffin for it.

Here’s another source for a European z-wave lock:

Not in UK but I found it in Singapore
