Just so you know some of these products are already available at my local hardware store.
That one seems to be a bit of work to install. The Jasco one is just remove the pin, put sensor on top, insert pin. No hardware modifications to the door, no non matching hinges on the door.
Really want to try the wall switch sensor, would be perfect if it would operate like an occupancy sensor to turn on lights when someone is in the room an also be used for security. An all in one solution that runs on AC would be much better then the current battery motion sensor with zwave wall switch.
