SOLVED: unable pair device

Hi all,

I have a Vera from some weeks and i added some devices, likes door sensor and siren.

Now i m trying to’ pair a new danfoss thermo device, nothing to do. I don’t see the device in vera.

So i tried to add a evrspring screw in lamp holder, nothing to’ do. I don’t see the device in vera.

I tought that the problem was the vera. I restore the facitory settings. Nothing!

I ask your Support: what can i do?

UPDATE: I opened a ticket and after few few hours, with a remote connection MiCasaVerde fix my Vera, saying that was an upgrade problem. Now I can add all the devices. Thank you for the support guys

Hi oTi@,

as I saw that I have the same problem with another device (DANFOSS), I tough that the problem was my Vera, and not the devices.

I tried as you said, to delete and repair. nothing to do.

It seems that my VEra is unable to add device. Or that both devices are not working, but I don’t believe so.

What do you think?

Should I do a factory rese again?

Or should I try to reset my network?

Or maybe are the Danfoss Living Connect not yet compatible with the VERA?

At least the Everspring Screw Lamp holder should work.

Can you bring the lamp holder to Vera, so you can use the GUI to include the device and see what’s going on in the top right status window?
