[SOLVED] Play / Pause with Mute

Hello,

Do you think it will be feasible to detect with the plugin when a user (for instance, my wife :slight_smile: is pressing the Mute button on a Sonos two times within 5 seconds?
It would allow her to switch the radio on/off without any weird device such as a phone…

I think I’m missing a “MuteStateChanged” trigger event…

Sonos fixed that for you in the update today! And also a couple of other new functions for the buttons.

Yes and no. I did the update and tested it, they use the “double mute” to switch to the next song in the playlist. I don’t see any possibility in the parameters to assign another function (on/off) to this combination of button. I should work at Sonos, I had this idea since one year :wink:
If you buy the Play:1, then you get on ephysical button for on /off.

But just 1 press of the mute is now “Play/Pause”. Wasn’t that the requested function?
