Should I unplug my VerLite? Upgrade has been more than an hour???

Hi All -

I’m upgrading my VeraLilte from UI6 1.6.644 to UI7 i.7.719. Upgrade has been running for more than an hour.

Blue light is (and has been) blinking fast the entire time… orange light is solid (however went off for a few seconds at one time), green light is solid. I don’t want to brick my device or mess my settings up my unpluggin prematurely. How long do I wait before unplugging? Or another question, how long does the upgrade take???

Can someone please let me know. Many thanks.

I have had a few occasions of having to power cycle the unit after firmware upgrades… Especially yours seems to be a big leap… I do not see any harm unplugging & replugging if your unit has frozen for so long… MCV instructions actually mention this possibility

same thing happened to me. i ended up factory reset and staying on older version. support non responsive to my help request.

vera support finally got back to me and resolved. my unit was missing some files.
