Setting the max number of attempts on a Schlage lock

Default is 4 failed attempts before it sends a Bad PIN alert, and locks you out for a minute or so.

I’d like to change it to 2. Any ideas on how one would do that?

Not sure that is configurable.

I contacted Schlage. It is not possible.
