Setting the cold setpoint

Hope someone can help me. I setup a T100R thermostat with three scenes. When I edit the scenes it only shows the heat setpoints. Reference attached screen shot. How can I set the cold and heat setpoints.

I don’t have the same thermo, but, what I’m seeing is weird.
I thought that devices shared the same control image (if that’s the right word) across Vera.

I can only suggest that you delete it and included it, hopefully you will get the Cold setpoint showing.

Right at the moment I have the same controls for my Zts-110. I have been just adjusting the one setpoint based on mode. (Cooling or heating). I wonder if you have to take the thermostat off simple mode to get both set points?

Thanks for the advise. I did an exclusion and an inclusion and I still do not have the cool set point. I am at a lost. Guess I’ll submit a tick to MCV.

This a snap of both of my devices.
One is a ZTS-110 the other a ZXT-120 (off line ATM)

It must be in the device file.

Look for D_HVAC_ZoneThermostat1.xml also check if you have the same info for current setpoint(s)

Thanks. The file is listed. However, my two set points are the same. I tried changing one of them without any success.

That’s really wierd.
When I change mine, they are independent.

I think your xml files are corrupted, have you checked the Romotec website for updates?

Thanks I have to check. Do you have yours in easy/simple mode? Wondering if that causes an issue

No, it isn’t set in Easy mode.

Actually, I have always had problems with the device responding to Vera.
This is why I have ordered a PS, that should place the device into always Listening Mode, hopefully making it fully functional.
