I have 2 sensors, one of them is a Neo Coolcam Doorsensor. I have a problem with it, if I turn on the switch to Armed, after a minute the switch is put into Disarmed state again. And it loses the actual open/close state. If the door was open, the state is now closed. I thinks LUA restarts after setting the switch to “Armed”. This might be normal.
But today I installed a Philio 4-in-1 multisensor, which should work with my Veraplus. It does, but the behaviour is the same. After setting the sensor to Armed state, Lua restarts the switch is set to Disarmed again in about a minute, and the actual doorsensor status is set to closed.
Is this normal behaviour?
