Trying to log in remotely and getting Service unavailable. Mobile app doesn’t connect either.
Yep. Logging in remotely has been sporadic at best this last week. You can see the status at: http://status.getvera.com/
Come on Vera, please post the cause and what your solution to this will be. It’s very frustrating.
It’s also frustrating that even if you’ve managed to login, it seems this issue immediately expires your session and forces you out. Then when you try to reconnect it’s unsuccessful. Seems like more than just high traffic. Upon trying to login, I’ve been redirected to their EULA acceptance form and once to their UI5 site. Most of the time it just fails to login.

I’m not sure if that’s a great idea unless you like getting 2-4 emails a day from vera. The last few weeks have been brutal!
