Service LED off, cannot connect via portal

I haven’t done anything to my Vera Plus in the last couple of days, but this afternoon, I noticed that the Vera portal no longer showed my VP as on line. My other Vera (Edge) at a different location has the green “connect” button, but the Plus is offline.

I am on the LAN of the Plus, so I can get to it locally. But I don’t know what would have caused it to suddenly not accept portal access. Is there a system issue that affects only the Plus? I’m running the latest firmware 2044. I did a search for “service LED” and only found references to blinking lights, the latest being back in June.

ETA: I did a LUUP restart, no change. I did a full power cycle on the VP, no difference.

I have a vera3 and mine is not connecting too. Can only connect locally. I am in Ohio. I thought that updating to the newest firmware would help but it did not.

Seems odd that the portal comes up regular speed, and that one of my Veras shows available. I just checked the status page. High server load.

This is really becoming frustrating. I do not recall at any time where the Vera portal has been so problematic as it’s been in the last few weeks. What is going on?
