Sequence of Events Problem

Is this possible?

Goal:

  1. A press on Light Switch 2, Turns on Light Switch 1 (Both Lights On)
  2. A press on Light Switch 1, Turns on Light Switch 2 AND Fan
  3. A press Off Light Switch 2, Turns Light Switch 1 Off (Both Lights Off

Problem:
I have 1 and 3 working, but I can’t seem to get 2 working. I’m not sure it’s even possible at this point.

Your Status report is much more complicated than it needs to be …
You do not need an ON and OFF trigger for the same device …
You should not need a device property and a trigger on the same device variable.

You have 7 inputs and only need 3 inputs:

tFanOn
tLight1On
tLight2On

Conditions:
AutoLight1On tLight2On
AutoLight2Off Not tLight2On
AutoLight2andFanOn tLight1On and (AutoLight1On; tLight1On > 10)

Thank you for your help. Those triggers and properties were left over from failed attempts to get this working. In one of my failed iterations I had almost what you provided, without the time component. Makes perfect sense…
