Hello

I just got my Vera light and a Secure SRT321 thermostat to control my floor heating.

I succesfully synced my Secure with vera but the “set temp” stays at 0 no matter what i do with the Secure thermostat. The “room” temp is successfully transmitted to Vera.

What am i doing wrong.

I also tried the same Secure thermostat with my “Indigo” controller and the Secure thermostat works perfectly.

any suggestions?

I believe this is a known problem with the current version of UI7 firmware so, if that is what you are using, you may need to wait for the next release for a solution.

I tried downgrading to UI6, but the problem persists.

Hello everybody.

Still trying to solve this. Can someone who have a working installation of the Secure SRT321 please share what you have in the settings:

Click on the SRT321?s ‘Wrench’ icon
Go to its Advanced tab
Scroll down until you see the device_file row
What do you have in the: device_file row?

What are you’re Wakeup and Poll settings:

Wakeup Interval: 1800
Poll Interval: 10800

I have two working SRT321s under UI5.

device_file: D_Heater1.xml
Wakeup interval (seconds): 256
Poll this node at most once every: 128 seconds

I use this short Wakeup interval to reduce the time it takes for the 'stats to get the setpoint changes that I send out from PLEG according to time and various state changes. It costs me more batteries but they still last several months.

does anyone have this working under UI6 or 7?
