I have a single devise connected to my Vera 2 … a Schlage Lock. It has worked perfectly for two years but all of the sudden, it is very difficult to set new pic codes, edit restrictions, or delete pins. It is not impossible, but it can take many tries between failed attempts. It often tells me that the lock is “busy, please try again in one minute” or it simply fails to work at all. Then occasionally it works. I get notifications when the door is unlocked so I know that there is connectivity.
I did recently change the batteries in the lock (after 2 years). Was I supposed to do something special to keep this working properly? The frustrating thing is that is occasionally works … but not always. HELP{!
