Installed Schlage FE599NX. paired with veralite. Works fine until you press the “unlock” button on the back of the lock to keep it unlocked for an extended period of time. The light goes green and stays lit continuously. the buttons cease to function and you must remove the batteries to reset it before it begins working normally again.
What could be causing this?
