Is it worth having the Schlage Deadbolt and Schlage Lever together. Do most of you have one or the other?
One or the other. In a pre-drilled door both won’t fit anyway.
I realized that because my back door has the holes close together but my front door has a large enough space between the lever and deadbolt. Are there any plates for covering holes if I mover the deadbolt highe?
Even if you could fit both, why would you want to? It’s clearly overkill, and it will take longer to get into your house, as you’ll have to unlock the deadbolt first, then the lever lock. The deadbolt should be plenty, for mosts people, I would think.
