Schlage deadbolt...not communicating with Vera anymore

Hi,

I have had 3 Schlage locks working well with Vera2/UI4 for over a year without problems.

This weekend, I changed the batteries in one. I notice scenes were not triggering. The lock codes still work, but after a successful unlock, the schalge light on the lock flashes orange instead of green. And I cannot poll it from within UI4, and it still shows low batteries in the device.

I don’t fool with these locks often, as they’ve been running for year. What’s the best procedure to re-establish this in Vera?

What firmware version do you have now?
People are having issues with the latest version and their locks.

An indication the battery is low. Did you change both sets of batteries, AA's & the 9V?

I’m on .1338.

I changed both batteries. The lock codes work (unlock it), but it flashes orange/yellow and does not trigger the scenes. Vera does not see the device any more. It seems to have lost Zwave communication.

Should I remove/re-add the lock? Everything else in my zwave network works fine.
